Terms and Conditions – Retail – Lemon Fresh UK Ltd
When agreeing to the below terms and conditions you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the information on this page.
Once the completion of checkout is made on our website you agree that as long as payment has been processed successfully our team can start preparing your order for dispatch. When ordering before 12 noon, Monday to Friday our team aim to dispatch your order the same working day. If you wish to cancel your order and you have placed the order before 12 noon, as long as you contact us before 1pm the same day we can cancel the order and refund your purchase. If you place your order after 12 noon your order will not be dispatched until the next working day so in the event you wish to cancel the order please contact us before 12 noon the following working day.
In the event you wish you cancel your order after the goods have left us and are with DHL we have two options. We can charge a £12 fee (including VAT) to reroute DHL to deliver the package back to us. Alternatively the package can be delivered to you and you can post it back to us. In this event the buyer will pay the return postage. If you need to send a parcel back, returns can be sent to 41 Fetherston Road, Stanford Le Hope, Essex, SS17 0BU. Please include the original paperwork from the package as well as ensuring no products have been used and are in good condition.
We accept returns in the event you change your mind as long as the goods are unopened, in a saleable condition. You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to make this decision. In the event you are going to return items to us please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to expect your return or call our team directly on 01375 800987. Returns are to be posted to 41 Fetherston Road, Stanford Le Hope, Essex, SS17 0BU.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage back to us. A full refund will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving the goods in saleable and unopened condition. If the goods are not saleable or have been used we reserve the right to refuse a refund request, however this is subject to management decision.
Goods you cannot return
We do not accept returns of products which have been opened or show signs of use.
The Consumer Rights Act means any products you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
We provide 30 days from you receiving the product to make a claim to us for a faulty product. The easiest way to report a faulty product is to call our team on 01375 408979. Alternatively you can email email@example.com. We may ask you to provide photographic proof for the damage/faulty item. In the event it needs to be returned to us we will ask you to post us the product and reimburse the cost of postage once a receipt of postage has been sent to us.
Delivery is as per the information on the delivery information page on our website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions upon checkout, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the delivery information we have provided including delivery fees, re-delivery fees and any administration fees incurred on orders.
Prices displayed on our retail online website at www.lemonfreshuk.com are shown inclusive of VAT. On the checkout page you will be a shown a VAT breakdown of the goods selected. Our VAT number is 331 2573 31.
Outside UK Mainland & Highlands Delivery
If you are outside of mainland UK a surcharge for delivery will apply. Please contact us before proceeding with your order so we can apply the correct delivery. In the event you place the order with standard delivery we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies back to you paid.
We accept two forms of payment online. Payment by debit or credit card (Powered by WorldPay) or PayPal.
Both forms of online transaction take you away from our website to complete payment of your order meaning your data is only sent through a secure portal protected by SSL.
For payments made on the telephone, our team are trained to take payments and they are processed directly through a secure online portal powered by WorldPay. We do not save or store any sensitive data to do with payments and have software on our IT systems to ensure this can never happen.
