By placing an order with Lemon Fresh UK Ltd on our trade/retail section you are bound to the terms and conditions stipulated below.  


Retail Product Pricing


At Lemon Fresh UK Ltd we provide RRP products on each product page for guidance only.  The RRP prices are put there to both protect the brand, give the shopper value for money whilst giving the retailer the best opportunity to make a fair profit from sale.

Lemon Fresh UK Ltd advise retailers to sell around the RRP.  The RRP's we provide are for guidance purposes only.


Product Labelling


Foreign products sold in the UK should have translations for any warnings or instruction of use.  Therefore at Lemon Fresh UK we have had a professional translator work hard to produce accurate product translations for the products we stock, for which do not already have an English translation.


Addition to this we have gone to quite a lot of trouble to generate product labels for every single unit of stock that we stock and sell.  You will notice a pack of labels attached to the invoice.  As a reseller it is your duty to ensure you are attaching the labels securely to the product and selling the products to the customers with the labels attached to comply with UK law for selling foreign products on a retail basis.


Labels are important for customers to ensure they correct store the product, keep them out of reach of children, do not drink the products and handle the products correctly.  It is therefore imperative for you as a reseller to ensure the products are being sold with the labels supplied.  By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to apply the labels supplied to the products before selling them or providing them for use.


 

Placing an order with Lemon Fresh UK Wholesale

When placing an order with Lemon Fresh UK Ltd we will receive an order request.  Our team will work through your order to check if the stock is available for you, and if available will reserve the stock for your order.  For stock which is unavailable, we will often reach out via telephone or email to let you know the stock for which is not available.


Once an order is reserved, it will stay reserved for up to 7 working days.  Payment is by bank transfer, cash on collection or credit/debit card only, for which the details of the banking information will be supplied to you once confirmation of reservation is completed (if selecting bank transfer).

After 7 days if an order is not paid for we reserve the right to cancel the order and unreserve the products.  Repeated unpaid orders may lead to account suspension.


Delivery


Delivery can be arranged via our trusted transport partner. The delivery cost is based on the total of the order (excluding VAT).


£350 - £500 (inc VAT) = £40 (Inc VAT) to be added for delivery.

£500 - £750 (inc VAT) = £35 (Inc VAT) to be added for delivery.

£750 - £1000 (inc VAT) = £30 (Inc VAT) to be added for delivery.


Orders over £1000 (inc VAT) = £0 – Free UK Delivery.


All deliveries must be paid for before they are dispatched.


Delivery is Monday to Friday and usually arrive next working day.  We only dispatch Monday to Friday.


Date of delivery is sent via email.  If you are unable to receive the pallet on that day, you are to notify us as soon as possible, ideally before the pallet is dispatched.  We dispatch only to the delivery address specified on the order, unless written email and approval by management has been given.

In the event the pallet team arrive and there is no answer from the address and/or telephone they will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.  If no answer or delivery can be made for the delivery the pallet will be sent back to the local delivery and another delivery attempt made, for a charge of £30 per pallet (ex-VAT).

In the event an order is undeliverable and has to be sent back to us then a fixed fee of £45 (ex VAT) per pallet is charged.  We will then of course refund the order value, minus the £45 per pallet, plus an admin fee of £20 (ex VAT).  If a delivery is refused or returned, we hold the right to choose to cancel or suspend the wholesale account with us.  Any pending funds of course will be returned to you in this case, minus re-delivery fees/return to sender fees and admin fees.


Collection


You are welcome to pay cash on collection when collecting your goods, however if it is your first order with us we require a bank transfer or debit or credit card before collection of the first order.  All notes are checked on-site before release of the goods.  If payment is made by bank transfer, payment must be cleared before we release the goods to you.


Grounds for Account Termination


At Lemon Fresh UK Ltd we pride ourselves on supplying stock to reputable retailers and resellers across the United Kingdom.  There may be a time in which we may have to look at account suspension or termination.  If a wholesale account is suspended or terminated we will notify you by email.

Ground for suspension/termination for wholesale accounts:

- The account holder or their company name have been involved in illegal activities or had a criminal case brought upon them.

- The account holder or their company name have been 'poaching' other retailers/resellers followers intentionally with the sole intention of taking over or damaging a retailers business.

- The account holder or their company name have fraudulently obtained an account with Lemon Fresh UK Ltd by using fake information or information not found to be truthful nor correct.

- The account holder has placed multiple orders with Lemon Fresh UK Ltd with no intention of completing the order.  We operate a three-strike warning system for order requests which end up being cancelled due to the account holder cancelling the request or non-payment of an order request.

There are other grounds for account termination and a reason for account termination does not have to be given when suspending or terminating an account.  Account suspension and termination is at the sole discretion of Lemon Fresh UK Ltd.  Account suspensions and terminations are allowed one appeal, of which can take up to three months to review.


Refund Policy


All products supplied by Lemon Fresh UK Ltd are manufactured in Spain by the manufacturer.  When sending goods to customers by delivery our team triple-check orders for accuracy.  In the event of an incorrect item being supplied, or a product is missing from the pallet, we may at manager's discretion credit note the account with equivalent price paid to use towards a future order.  We do not provide refunds, only credit notes at manager discretion.


Approval of trade/wholesale accounts


The supply of the goods we stock is designed for professional businesses to complement their existing range(s) of stock.  We understand if you are selling Spanish cleaning products as an extra or on a professional market; however you are subject to the selling practices stipulated in these terms and conditions.

We hold the right to approve, suspend or terminate accounts at our own discretion and without reason.

Reservations and Appeals


Management at Lemon Fresh UK Ltd hold the right to refuse sale of products to persons for any reason and without notice.  In the event you wish to appeal an account suspension or account disapproval you are to email wholesale@lemonfreshuk.com.  Appeals can take up to three months to process and are looked at by our own management team at their discretion.

Deletion of Accounts


If you would like to delete your account and all data from our system this will deactivated and terminate your trade account with us.  Please email wholesale@lemonfreshuk.com and we can complete this on request for you.
