Question: "Help... my products are all out of date!".

Answer: Please be rest assured they are not out of date.  Most cleaning products often do not have an official 'expiration date' unlike things like food and drink.  This is because cleaning products are made from chemical compounds.

The date that is printed on the bottle is the date that the product was manufactured.  Quite often you will see something like "F. ENV: (date)".  This is a print done in the factory so you know how fresh the stock is, but also if there were for any reason a stock call back the manufacturer can track down the batches made on a certain date.

To clarify, cleaning products do not actually have a "use by" date.  But in good practice most cleaning products are "best before" a period of usually 1 to 2 years after production.  After that time compounds break down and things although will work, will not be that strong in fragrance or performance.

At Lemon Fresh UK Ltd we work directly with many manufacturers and obtain the freshest possible stock.  It is not uncommon that your stock may only be just a week or two fresh out of the factory in Spain.  This is because of our direct partnership with manufacturers to obtain the most fresh stock possible.  Hence "Fresh UK" in our name, meaning the freshest stock in the UK.

Question: "I have applied for a wholesale account but it will not be log in".

Answer: If you have just applied for a wholesale account with us it will be reviewed manually by a member of our team first.  We serve wholesale for business-to-business only, so you would need to be a sole trader or Ltd company in order to hold a wholesale account with us.  If you are a sole trader you will need to verify this will a copy of public liability insurance and a form of ID to our team, for which we will request this from you.

Question: "What are the labels you provide all about?".

Answer: The labels we provide you with your order are to be placed on the product before retail sale.  These labels are translations for products which do not already have an English translation on them.  These allows the end consumer the ability to understand warning and precautions before purchase and we advise at all times that all sellers put the labels on the bottles to ensure full compliance with the law.
